ASSUMPTION TRACKER

Every decision rests on
something unproven.

Track the things a decision rests on that haven't been confirmed yet.

Assumption Tracker

is Coaline's reality check. It surfaces the things your decisions quietly depend on, the beliefs taken on faith but never confirmed, and tracks them before one turns out to be wrong.

The problem
it solves

Every decision rests on something unconfirmed. A belief about the market, a capacity you're counting on, a number no one verified. Most teams don't track these explicitly, so they discover the assumption was wrong only when the decision built on it has already failed.

The Assumption Tracker changes that.

The invalidated rule

When an assumption is marked invalidated, it never auto-clears. It requires an explicit human action to change — because an invalidated assumption is a governance signal that demands a decision review, not a flag that can be dismissed automatically.

Assumption Tracker

Every decision rests on somethingyou haven't checked yet.

Teams move forward on beliefs they never test, until the belief breaks, and nobody remembers it was ever an assumption in the first place.

The Assumption Tracker makes the invisible visible. Every assumption a decision depends on gets logged with a confidence level and a status, Holding, Confirmed, or Invalidated. And Invalidated doesn't quietly disappear: it stays flagged until a person actually reviews it. No auto-clearing, no silent resolution.

Low-confidence assumptions carrying real weight get surfaced first, so your team knows exactly where the shakiest ground is, before it becomes a problem instead of a footnote.
